Erroll S. Gardiner Jr. is a multifaceted professional whose career bridges the fields of hospitality, entertainment, and creative media. A graduate of Wiley College (Class of 2014) with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Criminal Justice, Erroll combines strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with extensive professional experience.
Erroll launched his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 by founding Purple Sprites Photography, which later evolved into PS Graphic Design Studio—a creative brand offering innovative visual and design services. His academic training in media studies and communication continues to inform his creative vision and professional practice.
In addition to his creative pursuits, Erroll has established a distinguished career in the hospitality industry. He has accrued over four years of experience in fine dining, with particular expertise in mixology, service management, and guest engagement. Currently, he serves as the General Manager of Theophilus Club Café, where he oversees daily operations, cultivates memorable customer experiences, and implements strategies that strengthen community engagement. His leadership emphasizes customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team development.
Beyond his professional roles in hospitality and business, Erroll also contributes to community-focused initiatives. He is a Board Member of Our Paz Foundation, where he supports programs that advance social impact and well-being.
With a rare blend of entrepreneurial creativity, academic grounding, and hands-on hospitality management, Erroll is deeply committed to fostering environments where both individuals and communities can thrive.
